My November Trip to Ontario

Dinner with Mike and Noreen - a good time was had by all
We turned some ugly ducklings into swans - Constance did the wonderful silver finish on the original painted yellow frames and Nicole and I re-upholstered the seats and backs. Table not shown but the finish on it is pretty spectacular - silver leaf. The whole thing will look great in the newly-renovated kitchen/family room.

Trip down started with food - breakfast at the Poodle Dog in Tacoma, WA - our traditional 1st stop on our trips down south. This cafe has been in business since 1933 and all the servers are those great 50-something career waitresses.

And our last meal on the road - the long-awaited for In N Out burger in Bakersfield.
